I think it may look better centered on each width of wall. If you put them same distance from edge of garage door, it may bring mare attention to that, but I’m not a professional :)

The plant can be moved. I think I’d place the lights the same distance from the garage door, as i would if the wall to the right of the garage had extended farther.

Just a thought.... what if you place them both the same distance from the garage door and on the larger side place your house number (address) in large font - installed vertically to help fill some of the space. It may make the wider side look purposeful and intentional - like "duh - that's where the house numbers go".

All American Amy about using the void space on the right to fill with house numbers or a family initial. Etsy has great options. Planters are beautiful!
