Another weedy tree or multi-stemmed shrub

This one has long arching stems or trunks, and no bloom at the moment. Any idea?

    As suspected earlier Japanese flowering cherry such as Prunus pendula. The typical, large growing species tree with pendent branches and pale tiny flowers is actually quite productive of self sown seedlings on suitable sites.
