Kitchen cabinet brand suggestions

I am remodeling my kitchen and made the mistake of ordering Kraftmaid cabinets from Lowe’s. 25% of order was either damaged or just wrong. Lowe’s says Kraftmaid is having production issues, and it will be another 2-3 months before all replacement parts arrive. Of the ones that have come in, about half have been damaged too. Does anyone recommend a reputable semi custom or custom cabinet maker? I’m evaluating my options including returning these piss poor KraftMaid cabinets and going with another option. By the way, for anyone considering using Lowe’s cabinets, don’t waste your money. KraftMaid is just one of a few brands Lowe’s carries but their other brands like Schuler are also under the same manufacturing umbrella company that makes KraftMaid (hence quality issues).

IMO all cabinet companies are having issues mostly the lack of materials due to covid and also shut downs in factories are an issue. I think it depends on the damge and to what pieces. If the boxes are all okay then IMO you can liv ewithout doors for 3 months but I need mor einfo. IMO Ikea is a much better quality than Kraftmaid so that would be my choice but supply is alsolimited with Ikea right now. I guess if speed is the issue you will need to find a cabinet maker to do this work and be prepared to spen a lot more money.

Thank you, Patricia Colwell Consultants and Chatsworth. I will look into local cabinet makers and IKEA options to replace these shoddy ones. Hopefully with these options, I can avoid the production quality issues that are rampant right now. Being without an operable kitchen for another 2-3 months just isn’t going to work for me. I should have gone this route in the first place versus going with the big box retailer. Lesson learned!
