What is this bushy plant?

This bushy plant has bloomed i
ts head off from spring through fall in total neglect for years. It is growing in zone 7 Oklahoma in dry sandy soil. The individual flowers look like penstemen to me but I never saw a penstemen this bushy and also blooms spring, summer, and fall. I would love to know what it is! Does anyone know?
