We used the ceramic corner shelves that match the Daltile subway tile we were using. Ypu can buy coordinating corner shelves, have some fabricated out of your countertop material, and there are other products available such as metal shelves, etc.

Kohler makes a great looking corner shower basket. It comes in a variety of finishes so it blends in with the rest of your fixtures.

I have a built in niche but I also got a basket. Since I have the niche, I only got one but I figured why not as long as the GC's workers were there and installing other accessories that needed a tile drill.

We built a quartz “bench” in the shower attached to the pony wall shared with the tub surround.

we bought Schluter shelves that insert into the grout in the corners. THey make a few different sizses/shapes/etc. we matched them to our shower drain grate.

If you have a tub, then it has 4 corners where bottles can stand. You don't need any additional niche or basket.

If you choose carefully, a basket over the shower head could work out well.

When you are in the local big box grocery/dry goods store, first pick up new bottles of the products you usually use and then go over to the hardware section and see which option works. and/or you might take empty bottles to the local big box building supply or hardware store to see what are available there.

A basket that could be hung from a shower curtain or door ... or even the ceiling.

If you keep a loose shower curtain rod pushed to one side of your enclosure that you use for drying hand washables over the tub, hanging a plastic or wire basket from that can work.

Would not want to stand the bottles on the tub itself -- you want air flow to dry off any moisture on the bottles not have the bottles set in the moisture and, potentially, create a spot of slime ---while being in the way of anyone wanting to rest a foot on the ledge of the tub to wash their heels/toes.

Some of the over the shower pipe baskets have movable baskets that let you slide them to the side so you can have taller bottles fit on lower shelves.

I like an over the door or wall caddy IMO easy to clean no way to leak and honestly why do sahmpoo bottles need the star location in any shower .I like a basket with all the shower stuff for each person using the shower they take it with them when go, even better. In my experience these niches are usually the culptrit when there is a leak so smart hubby BTW make sure you still do proper waterproofing cement board is not water proof

I think this is a tub/shower combo, right? So the over the door recommendation does not apply bc there's no door. Anyway, even if there was a door or a glass panel, the over the door idea is much worse bc ALL the mess is visible when you enter the room.

DF was in a similar situation. Had a towel bar installed in the shower and uses it to hold bottles. (She does make sure to not buy any small bottles that would slip between bar & wall.) Did house/pet-sit for them, it works amazingly well.

If you'll be using a shower curtain, you can buy shower curtain liners with mesh pockets that can hold all of your toiletries.

These holders are from a company called meraki. You can google wall hung soap holder or similar to see more options. I’m still looking for the perfect ones for my own remodel.
