If you do a Google search, there are various online retailers for this brunnera. It is also quite possibly found in area nurseries as well but since they rarely ever have current availability or inventory listings published, it is really is a hunt and peck process of visiting as many as you can.

Naylor Creek, located on the west side of the sound in Chimacum, is probably one of the best hosta nurseries in the country. But they only do mail order (or a few local shows, pre-pandemic). Otherwise, most larger local nurseries will carry a decent supply of various hostas. And one of the few plants I have bothered to purchase at the box stores, as they have a lot and they are cheap. But nothing too fancy :-)
