We are buying a new construction home in a builder community. The builder is offering Bertazzoni Pro Series 48" Gas Range as the standard option (meaning we would pay $0 as it's covered in the cost of the house), and an upgrade option is Thermador Pro Grand 48" Gas Range for $10k extra. Should we go with the upgrade right now? Or is Bertazzoni a great option?

I tend to use the gas stove part a lot (daily cooking, stir frying) and the oven less often. So the gas cooking abilities and cleaning would be mine main criteria. Any experiences folks can share about cooking on either Bertazzoni or Thermador would be greatly appreciated.
