A much larger welcome mat would be appropriate.

The plain white planter should be a color instead because it doesn't match all your off-white colors.

I might have considered planters at the base of each column instead of next to the front door.

I think your cone-shaped shrubs have probably grown too large for your home.

Painting the door and arched trim and side trim, a rug the better fits the full size of the porch, a chandelier, and spiral this big flanking trees and as Beverly noted flowers on each side down the steps

If that door color is too bold/dark for you another option, but I think the dark midnight color would look great.

Your house looks pretty traditional; I don't think a modern door style is going to fit in with the rest of the exterior. But you could have fun with color...
