Need creative shelf building ideas for tv wall

We are getting a bigger tv with my husband’s recent gambling winnings. I want to hide all the cable boxes and wires. We have some old oak fence boards that we can use to build a box/shelf type unit to hide the boxes. Or possibly remove the drawers from the blue shelf and cover the openings with chicken wire or something rustic. I would paint the blue shelf to match the console table. Any creative ideas? The photo shows the current tv with tape showing the new, bigger tv.

The fireplace wall is just to show the oak boards we have that can be used to build something to hide the boxes.

Call an electrician or audio guy. Get an IR repeater . It will allow the boxes to be ANYWHERE. even the basement or a closet. Or wait for more gambling money, and buy a media cabinet

The first suggestion means NO wires showing.

Our wires all meet in the middle of the TV then go down to the boxes in the media center. The exposed wires are all covered by skinny box attached to the wall. It has a cover so blends into the wall.
