I have two wool, Nepal carpets in off-white. They were stained ( almost 8 years ago) and although I sent them for cleaning, they couldn't get the stains off. However, now I don't know what kinds of stain removal products have been used and I've lost hope.

So; a) can I use hydrogen peroxide (+ baking soda?) on wool carpets? b) can I dye them at home? (I've looked into professional dye services, but I haven't found any in Turkey) - if yes, how is it done?
