Peren thank you! This has become my favorite project this spring. Ive had fun trying to change it from the doldrums that it once was. Although I’ll admit, I’m alittle nervous of the outcome when it matures lol. But, thats the great thing about gardening...you can always change it!

I love both shots! I can’t believe how bright the night time picture is. It looks like lights are actually on! You have a lovely sense of design.

Debra thank you so much. The time was just as dusk was ending..(best way I can describe it). This one just looks so much softer to me....

I love both shots, but I especially like the Clematis flowers open at dusk.

Absolutely stunning combination of hostas, clematis, begonias, coral bells, etc.. Just like a magazine.

the last 2 days in our MI ... has been as drab as a battleship paint job.. just dam grey ...

so the pic.. the bright one.. still wasnt taken in sun ... and that is why the blues all POP ...

this is the beauty of modern digital cameras ... you can take multiple pix and not have to wait a week to see the pix ... remember those days ...

anyway... thx for the dichotomous...

dont forget to try some blue pix at dusk.. when teh sky turns pink ... holy cow ...

Sandy the rain was most welcome. We are so short on rainfall, they are saying the lake levels are way down this year. I sure hope we dont have another drought summer....

I like the mix of perennials/annuals and hosta because I like flowers mixed in and flowers that come back every year is a big plus. Very pretty garden from daylight to dusk.
