I see some leaf damage on the spinach and chard, could be from a lot of things, probably not a disease or anything you can do something about at this point. I wouldn't worry about it if the plants are still growing, just eat the good parts.

The brussel sprouts probably have slug damage or caterpillar damage, which is pretty typical.

I really don't see any big problems in your pictures. In fact, everything looks pretty good to me. Might want to describe the damage you're seeing better. Brassicas are often attacked by caterpillars. Serious damage from them makes the leaves look like netting. Lots of small holes. That damage is easily avoided by spraying Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis) which can be found in most garden stores.

note the damage is NOT the newest leaves .. those look fine.. so the question becomes.. what happened back in time.. when the damaged ones were the newest ... and usually we can trace that back to planting or spring cold issues ...

bugs on BS .. well.. good luck with that ... lol .. keep in mind even a damaged leaf can process sun into energy ... so no matter how ugly they get.. they usually keep growing ...

i am very leery of using much of anything on food ... and if you only have a couple plants.. just take a 5 gal bucket ..turn it over.. sit down and just kill them .. and be done with it ..

always consider.. that spending $20 bucks for a cure.. might not be worth it on a plant that gives you $5 of produce at the end of the year .. the old cost benefit ratio ...

and also dont expect your bounty to look like what you see in the store ... you arent a professional farmer ... but regardless of what it looks like.. its still all edible.. after you pick out the couple ugly ones ...

As I said, Bt will get rid of caterpillars effectively. It isn't a poison, any more than H2O (hey, you can drown in it!) is a poison. If the name scares you, then just do a little reading -

You can protect the sprouts with fine mesh net to exclude the egg laying butterflies and moths. But obviously you need to remove any preexisting eggs or caterpillars. Since you have so few plants you can do that by hand or with the hose.

The spinach and chard have leaf miners. The former is also on the verge of bolting so you would do best to harvest it immediately. Just pick off any damaged parts.
