My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi there,
    If you're referring to the ladder location, it is on wheels and can be moved around the room in order to access the highest storage (have a look through the other photos for this project and you'll see the ladder rail goes around the entire perimeter. When not needed the ladder is stored in the walk-in pantry you see here.
