Does This Look Like HVX?

I have a bad feeling. This is the 2nd year for this plant. I got this plant from a reputable hosta nursery. Their plants looked really bad this year and I didn't purchase any. The man who started the nursery passed away 2 yrs ago and things haven't quite been the same.
