Why would you fertilize a plant that doesn't flower?

A fertilizer feeds the plant and not necessarily only to produce flowers.

is that its normal spot.. or does it actually get more light than it appears it might in this spot ... i know what you said.. double checking ....

when was the last time it was repotted ...

your media looks almost like straight peat .. i wouldnt call peat well draining ...

if you rooted multiple pieces ... then maybe it would be simplest to just get rid of this one... unless you gave them all away ...

Thank you @ken_adrian Adrian MI cold Z5 for your response.. I took this picture late in the evening, hence the lighting in the pic. Yes, it does get bright indirect light most part of the day and we just got off summer where I live.

I repotted this plant in April when it was summer in India.

The potting mix consists mostly of coco peat and vermicompost with a bit of garden soil and pumice which is what I had access to.

The cuttings I've taken off this mother plant are doing very well, I'm only concerned about the mother plant being stagnant. And a note, the cuttings are sitting very close to the mother plant and have similar conditions.

Has the soil gotten too dry?

Hi, nope.. I test the soil for moisture every few days and ensure to water it thoroughly.

Sounds good. In the future, you might want to leave at least 1 leaf on a plant when taking cuttings. Best luck!
