Hi. I'm trying to do a foliar application of ferrous sulphate on tall fescue for a pop of green, especially with the temps down right now in central NJ.I've used the product once before and it kept clogging up my gallon sprayer every other minute. This time I made sure I mixed it all in well but, I'm still having a tough time getting the product out the sprayer. Sprayer works fine as I've done other foliar applications with it.How do people normally get ferrous sulphate through backpack sprayers/gallon sprayers with out clogging? Am i just not mixing enough? Would running the mix through a mesh take out any particles?Thanks in advance!
