Samsung oven caught fire

After being installed for less than two months, our Samsung Double Wall 30 inch (electric) wall oven sparked, popped, spewed thick black smoke and caught fire. Finally got Samsung to agree to a refund. Back to square one. Brand new kitchen remodel. Down to the studs. Thinking about replacing with:
Thermador
Cafe
Bosch
Thoughts?

I looked hard at the Bosch Benchmark side open double wall oven, I really loved them.

I think Café makes a French door.

I decided to go with a Café range to increase counter space but I loved those ovens.
