How to decorate a sideboard

This sideboard is in the dining area of my kitchen. I want to keep the lamps and mirror. Looking for suggestions on accessorizing. I don't want to do a floral. I have floral in two sconces already hanging on the wall. Thank you for any suggestions

I love that piece! You could add different sized candles or lean some pretty photos/black and white pictures against the wall. Check out this example.

I love the idea of leaning pictures, but it would interfere with the mirror that I do want to use. I do plan on decorating with the seasons, but I need ideas for everyday use!

A pretty low bowl - perhaps in a glass / accent color would provide function and style.

Get ideas from flipping thru pages of home decorating magazines like Traditional Home (my favorite). Then you can copy it. You get a lot of good ideas this way.

Would you want to set it up as the beginning of a bar area? Pretty decanter and some glasses.

On an everyday basis, I think the mirror & lamps look just fine. I would just move the lamps in a little toward the mirror. Take a look at some similar set ups here:

What a pair of glass bowls, or low vases, or whatever, in a colour that picks up something else in the room? As companions for each of the lamps. They can glow in their light. I think what you have there is already beautiful.
