The tone of the backsplash is wrong -- it's grey, reading slightly green-tinged grey on my monitor.

That tile is going to look very gray or green when installed. That is what happens with glass tile when you install/grout and the light can no longer pass through.

I would look for a ceramic tile, whose color won't change when installed.
