Hello everyone!

We are renovating our home, and we are considering repainting our window sashes from white to black. Our experienced professional painter said he would of course do whatever we would like, but he said that, in his experience, black window sashes behaved like black cars in that they always look kind of dirty.

Is there anyone here who has had that experience or who has had a positive experience with black window sashes?
