I'm really liking this one-year-old White Tooth seedling. It has similar colors to WT, but the shape is different.

Cexy Samantha x Bubblegum Delicious #4 is doubling today.

This seedling is not mine. It's one from Lyshack on NGA. It comes out of Steve Todd and Judy Davisson lines, and I'm using it for hybridizing.

Dancing Flamingo X Bubblegum Delicious has gotten lighter in color with the heat and the lack of rain, but it's still blooming up a storm.

Lots of purples, I love all of those. I always seem to like Ocean Spirit, but you have several darks with light edges, and I really like those. The White Tooth seedling may be my favorite.

First the registeered ones that stand out to me are Mystic Maze (love yellows) and Ocean Spirit (nice color combo and form). Seedlings: I can't find a favorite as I like them all. The red stands out and the clump of Dancing Flamingo X Bubblegum Delicious with all those blooms just so sweet. Is that many plantings all together? Love the color on Innocent Discovery x Dearest Valentine #1. Is there something in the parentage which Cexy Samantha x Bubblegum Delicious #4 would be trying to double? What would you say is the colors for (Watchyl Lady Butterfly x Eyes A Blue) x Entwined in the Vine? Great group Debra. I'm always amazed how wonderful your seedlings are showing.

I decided to substitute Dr. Jules for Mystic Maize after you saw the post. I really like Mystic Maize and highly recommend it. Here's the photo:

There's nothing in the parentage of Bubblegum Delicious that doubles, but we can't know about Cexy Samantha since it was registered as Unknown X Unknown. Dancing Flamingo X Bubblegum Delicious is just one clump that has multiplied in three years to ten fans. It also has some instant rebloom scapes that have started blooming.

Nancy - You know I love dark colors, or any colors, with white edges. I have a passion for those white edges, and that's what I hybridize for. The White Tooth seedling has nice, big white teeth that most days go all around the petals.

Well, aren’t these all special today?!!! Velvet Throne’s color is so deep. TNT appears to be living up to its name. Great clump of Musical Medley. The seedlings all look good-but that White Tooth seedling shines. Wonderful clump of the Dancing Flamingo seedling. You have some really impressive seedlings.

Kate - I was really pleased with Velvet Throne today. It had six blooms in all, and none of them were splotchy. All the ones before today had too many imperfections to photograph. Thanks for the comments on the two seedlings!

Nice group of daylilies! I am really getting into the spiders and uf so I like your first two. The color on Rosie Cotton's Ribbons will get better when she is more established. Your seedlings are beautiful. I really like the White Tooth seedling and the Innocent Discovery X Dearest Valentine seedling. I love the color and watermark on it. By the way, Dearest Valentine looks great but hasn't bloomed for us yet. I can't wait.

What a lovely post, Debra! Of the regulars, I like Ocean Spirit and Velvet Thronw, and Star Wars is a pretty one. But, I actually like your seedling, White Tooth seedling better than Star Wars. And Cexy Samantha x Bubblegum Delicious is just a beautiful double; it looks like a very fancy, girly powderpuff. Innocent Discovery x Dearest Valentine is so pretty and Dancing Flamingo X Bubblegum Delicious may be lighter in color, but it is a stunning clump.

All your seedlings are lovely. You know I like the pinks. Cexy x Bubblegum is my favorite. Would be a nice addition to the doubles class if it picked up speed in that department.............. Princess Diary is glorious. I think I spy yellow edges too. I'll have to look that one up........Velvet Throne with that white edge is a beauty. I almost got River City Jam this spring. I'll be interested to know how it does for you. Buntyns always tempt me...............Maryl

Maryl - The doubling on Cexy Samantha X Bubblegum De may just be weather related. We'll see. Princess Diary does have yellow edges. The only place I know that now carries it is Stardreamer Daylilies, and their price is really too high. It's an evergreen that likely would not survive winters in a pot. River City Jam has not been a strong grower for me. I've never checked on its sunfastness.

kay - That is some high praise for the White Tooth seedling! Cexy Sam 4 does look like a fancy powderpuff when it doubles.

Nan - Rosie is lighter in color because of high temps and lack of rain. Many of the blooms had deeper color, but couldn't open in the early mornings because of overcast skies or low temps. Dearest Valentine just started blooming here. It's very late here. I meant to put it in this post, but I forgot. Thanks for the comment on the Innocent Discovery seedling.
