I own a condo (1600 sq. ft). I purchased a new Carrier system a few months back. I went through a reputable HVAC company in the area. I keep my thermostat set to 72-73 during the day. A few degrees lower at night, the upper level is much warmer throughout the summer months.

Is the system ok at handling these temperatures? The daily runtime does not exceed 7-8 hrs on a 90+ degree today. Any advice would be much appreciated. 76-78f is up there for me!
