And I have to show you a couple of photos of Butterscotch; he wants to be where I am and sometimes makes it difficult to get a photo without him or part of him in it, here, he has climbed on top of the composter...about four feet

I certainly agree that Yumph is an eyecatcher. The composter is a perfect perch for Butterscotch.

Thanks, Kate, and Pink tarantula has had many more clump shots than posted, but it is almost through. the cat bed has surprised me with the nice blooming this year...it has more clumps than anywhere but the side and rock beds and they may be equal. in bloom.

Pink Tarantula is gorgeous, probably my favorite flower. Jelly look good, mine has been doing great, but I can't seem to get rid of the Dutchman's Pipe Vine, it crawls all over everything in that bed, and right now if I pulled it out I would lose tons of flowers. I got some brush killer that should get rid of it. I hope.

Butterscotch is the real star!

Pink Tarantula is my favorite, but I like Jellyroll almost as well. The Cats bed still looks marvelous, and the Butterscotch pictures are such a treat. He looks like he has lots of personality.

Thank you, Debra, I hate that Pink Tarantula will soon be through, but it has bloomed a lot. I have been surprised and pleased at the cat bed and Jellyroll always looks good. Butterscotch is a car and a very sweet and loving one. If yo notice, his extra two toes shoe in the climbing photo.

Isn't that neat, I have never seen a poly whatever it is, polydactyl? Does not look right, that's what I get for trying to act educated. Was it Hemmingway who liked them so much?

Nancy, yes, it is a polydactyl and Hemmingway did indeed love them...half of the cats on his Island are polys. I am sorry you are having vine problems...Mine is those darn weeds that drop seeds all the time. Butterscotch is quite the cat. Anytime I am in the garden he is right there and he constantly winds around a plant I work on or when we I try to take pictures.

Thanks. Sherry Those cat plants have done well. Butterscotch is a lot of fun...I think I am going to get him checkout out and neutered this week and I may promote him to a house cat since I would be terribly upset if anything happened to him.

Thank you,Julia. Butterscotch is a loveable little pest. he is the happiest en I pick him up and stroll around the garden with him. Silly cats wants to wind around wherever I am taking a photo. Holiday Ribbons is pretty large and I am sad to see Pink tarantula nearing the very end of its season. I guess you can tell I am quite pleased with Yumph!

I don't know how old Butterscotch is, but .he did not make overtures toward Princess unlike the other males here, So far, he hasn't disappeared for a day or longer either so I assume he is around a year. He does go through the growling ritual with Mr. Stripe. I plan to take him to be neutered this week.

Only a very few years ago, I couldn't stand UFs, and never thought I would have them in my garden. Then, I saw Shelby in Dwebra's garden and after having a lovely one, I gradually saw others I liked. They don't always make the cut, but I tend to like different ones thus Holiday Ribbons and a few others.

I am glad you enjoyed Holiday Ribbons. It is very easy to get good shots of it since it, like Jellyroll Morton and some others are photogenic and thus are fun to photograph.

Thank you, Brad. I am getting to the point where every day another favorite or two blooms their last. Of course, some of them are reblooming still and I keep finding new rebloom scapes but I am at the end of the season and it is time to be at the end after two months of such unreal blooming this year.
