Pepper plant leaves - what's happening

I noticed my pepper plant leaves looks different for the past couple of weeks in my backyard vegetable garden.

One of the plant, these leaves are curly and shrunk and other plant the leaves are eaten by some bug or fly.

Can someone please suggest a solution for this..
