I would stay with the blue green color that is on there, only go many shades darker. The color goes well, its just that what is there is a bit too light and a bit too bright. Congratulations on your new home.

I’d do black for everything.
Glossy or not glossy would both look nice depending on your preference.

Black shutters, maybe red door for a pop of color? It would look good with that nice, green yard. Typically I’m of the school of thought that door has to match shutters, but I think this house could carry a red food well. Congratulations !!
