I say Plum Delicious……am I right? I wish my LSPP looked like yours. I have ha mine at least 3 years maybe 4, but it is just tiny. Maybe 6–8 inches long. At least it developed a second eye.

Debra, I like Plum Delicious for that pot, too. I may need another week or two to decide.

I vote for Blue Ivory in the pot, although they all seem like good choices.

I remember passion flower growing in the ditch across from my grandmother's country store when I was a kid. I thought it was a weed.

Ben, I too remember passionflower from my childhood. That is why I started to grow it. This type used to grow on a neighbor’s fence in Key West…a memory from 1982-85. Here it is in my garden last month: Passiflora caerulea.

What a gorgeous bloom. Needless to say a greenhouse plant in my zone (possibly summers outside), It's been hot and extremely humid here. There have been extreme downpours near here but not where I live. My hydrangeas and hostas love the humidity and the heat and rain have resulted in huge daylily flowers.

Everything looks great!! I like the passion flower, so exotic…….. but don’t think it would survive in z5b in Milwaukee. Too cold! :-(

A couple of the leaves were bent when received. I staked it to know avail, the leaves broke, in the wind, squirrels, the cats running through the garden???? Who knows, but I was happy to see need leaves trying to emerge.

Debra, you’re right that Munchkin Fire and Mango Salsa have similar flowers. I am sorry that your Waverunner has had a rough start. I decided to order it last weekend after reviewing Steve’s photos and praise of it. Also, WR is a sport of Squash Casserole, one of Tony Avent’s creations and reported to grow well in the South. Wish me luck!

I wish you luck! Who’s your fur baby? Here’s one of mine: Snow 17+ years, mother of the original litter. Two of them are with us, and two new boys joined the yard cats.
