If you take out the sofa in front of the window and get one in size to match the one next to the wall, your orientation will be to the view. The same with the two chairs.

Remove the chairs and sofa with their backs to the windows and see how you like it. Add some color from the landscape into the room...maybe some pillows in soft greens and blues and always seat your self in whatever chair or sofa makes you happy; let your guests sit where you and they can have the best conversation!

Adding color to the room will brighten it up and not be so neutral.

As others are saying, Color is needed. Is that a brown rug under the coffee table? Adding color there, and throw pillows to match, would add some fun if you don't want to replace one of the sofas with something more colorful. I would take out that loveseat with its back to the window completely. That view though! Honestly, the decorating doesn't matter a heck of a lot because you have nature decorating for you! Looking forward to seeing what the pros suggest.

I'd only use bench or open backed seating on the side by the windows so you don't have any furniture backs to block the view. Use your larger seating pieces to face the view, with another piece in an L configuration with it's side to the view. Fill in with bench seating or use a sectional with an open back.

Instead of two seating areas right next to each other, would it make sense to have one seating area and the dining table in your large area, with a second seating area where you have your dining table? It's hard to know the layout from the photos, but two more separated seating areas could be nice. You might consider a grouping of low armchairs around a coffee table for one of the spaces. Or try two long sofas facing each other perpendicular to the view, with low backed chairs on the far side of the windows.

The candlesticks in the dining room are doing nothing for the room. The scale is off and they look like an after thought. Put a beautiful piece of art there to give it some interest. Some sculptural lamps would be nice if you have an outlet near by. You have a large table, and a floral arrangement with colorful flowers would look so lovely there. I do love the round vase, but it needs color.

You might consider adding Grasscloth or silk to the one wall with some art placed over the cabinets to provide some support for the oriental rug and some texture for the room.

The living room area just needs some better accessories that don't blend into the background. Texture, a bit of contrast and some art would help.
