We took some brick off our house, moved the front door, enlarged the windows, replace sheathing with exterior insulation and zip sheathing.

Once we put siding up, a month or so, I’ll add trim along the cut line of the brick to finish it off.

In the meantime I wanted to block any weather and bugs from getting between the brick and old sheathing. I was thinking of putting some spray foam with insect “repellent” along the cut line just inside the brick.
