My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I have 2 cracks on one of my basement wall. When we have heavy or consecutive days of rain, I get water seeping through. I would like to get an estimate on fixing this problem.
Search "basement crack company near me" (luckily drug lords aren't incorporated). They will fill the crack by injecting an epoxy or polyurethane product.
For a true fix, where any basement water issue is usually a difficult and expensive one, the ONLY way to fix it is digging down from the outside - which "basement crack/waterproofing/drainage/repair/etc companies" will probably not do. However, you as DIY can look at fixing any poorly sloped grades, interfering landscaping, or extend your downspout leaders away from the house and sometimes that can prevent the excessive water against your house finding it's way into the cracks.
