I use a little root enhancer with each planting and they go wild!

If you want something big and full right away, go ahead and plant the 3 together. I planted single shoots a year ago and they are pretty good sized now with the root enhancer, ample water and light.

I want to watch as they grow single but I'll keep in mind in case I decide to plant them together it'll b a 6 inch pot if I do all of them together and 4 inch if single especially with roots that grow so fast

Being well rooted I haven't put rooting hormone on any plants with roots before I'd love to hear more about it sounds like it seriously makes all the difference

this plant ... presuming with this common name.. there is only one such plant ... needs absolutely nothing... and in the case of mine.. almost no water ... once a month whether it wants it or not ...

if you need all this hocus pocus stuff for a common spider plant.. you are loving your plants too much ...

they will not throw out spiders.. until the roots fill the pot.. so adding more plants .. fills the pot with roots faster ...if you want to grow it singly.. thats your choice.. and all the power to ya ...

It's not no hocus pocus stuff every plant is different while rooting ur supposed to use rooting hormone

Just because u fill it with more plants doesn't mean it's a healthy decision because then they'll push out babies too fast when they r too young to of been pushing them out the spider plants in my family have been around well over a decade and the babies r usually put alone and grow very well every time

My plugs in the pictures looks big enough to b alone but when I get them is when I'll decide how they will b planted

I have plenty other plants besides spiders that I care for on a daily basis

I use root enhancers because I have them around. Use them or don't. My spider plant doubled in size in about a year (of course it was rootbound from the person I bought it from repotting it may have created the same large plant), my tomato, pepper, eggplants are all much bigger than any of the neighbor's. Just sayin.

I'd love it if I got them that fast and I don't think I needed it either the 1 with 2 already looks like it's settling a little bit in the single pretty much looks like it did when first planted

It's almost been 6 months since i got my green 1 its starting to grow finally hope its growing season does well and I've had it 6 months almost actually lol next month

I also have a haworthia family, hoya family, umbrella tree family, tradescantia family, and a jade family which lol got them 2 weeks ago n 7 still haven't been planted I use my plant mister on them at least 2 to 3 times a day they were unrooted cuttings they now all r growing roots so happy can't wait to see all my plant babies grow

I'd like to find an area in the house to set up a greenhouse which I have plenty on my lists at my online stores however they need air as well I can't just keep it open with kitties running around

They honestly are about the easiest houseplant there is. I grew them in old icecream tubs with classes of recalcitrent teenagers. Rooting hormones aren't remotely necessary but if you want to use them it won’t hurt. They grow fast so unless you’re short on containers or space I would not put more than one in a pot. .

I only put 2 in the pot cuz 1 of them was like half the size of the other 2 otherwise they would've all had seperate pots
