What brand is the faucet? Some companies, like Delta and Kohler, have lifetime warrenties, and will replace the hose, or even the entire faucet, free of charge. All you have to do, is call them. That was our experience with Kohler, two years after our faucet’s installation.

Same for Moen. They sent me a new pull down hose when the original one developed a leak after 4-5 years. But your problem may need a new faucet if the leak is in the hose directly connected (part of) to the faucet.
