My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    hello. just noticed this follow up message from you. i am working on putting these plans into a generic set that can be built on other sites which would need structural engineering and foundation design. price has yet to be determined. or working together on a more personalized design for you might be the way to go. designed to fit your site and make the best use space. i am a firm believer in designing for the owner and surrounding land for the best life possible.


    once i figure out the way to sell the plan i will let you know.
