Me, I'd wait for next spring. Your climate offers little time for the roots to grow and establish somewhat before the ground freezes. Fall planting is pretty common in relatively warm climes, but not recommended in colder ones.

Agree with beng that spring planting would be preferable. Also, I think you'll have better long term performance with oaks native to your area rather than Overcup and Swamp Chestnut. Pin is OK if the site has relatively acidic soil.
