The tile backsplash is 2“ x 8“. The grout is TEC number 909 Sterling. Yes we think that this size is perfect for herringbone and it is trending. We have done this design multiple times and had great success with it. I hope this helps. Good luck with your project

Thank you, if I can’t find the exact size , can I go a little wider and taller and will it still look good in herringbone pattern?

Sure I think you can get a little bigger tile but I have no idea how big your backsplash is and I’m not sure how it will look proportionally.

Looks good. I would definitely try to stick with the
2”x 8” and make that a maximum size if anything I would go a little smaller if you can’t find it.
Also if you ever replace that stove consider getting a slide in range so that you don’t have the back panel.
