I'm not clear on what you're asking or what you think is wrong with your plants. Spines are normal on cucumbers and their stems. Your plants look normal to me, except that you appear to be cutting away the leaves that are nearest to the baby cucumbers, and the cuke in your first pic looks like it is yellowing. Why are you cutting away the leaves?

The spines on the stems that the cucumbers are attached to wear green with little prickles now they're green and the pickles have turned white on the stem that's what I was trying to explain sorry not being clear enough

Agree the first pic cuke looks like it will abort. I think the color change in the spines is just what happens as they mature. I would never remove healthy leaves -- is there a reason you think you need more airflow? And, just as a curiosity, did you hand-pollinate these or do you have flying insects on the 11th floor? :)

I only seen maybe 5 or 6 days a week if that this high up so I've tried to hand-pollinate all of them so far the reason I removed so many leaves was because a friend of mine said that the leaves were growing like a wall all you could see was believe and I needed to take down the leaves to improve the airflow I'm a first-time gardener and my first try I just happened to be on the 11th floor where I live so I don't have a lot of access to pollinators like I said a handful of bees a week maybe and then ants and flying ants that's it so I've been doing it all by hand trying to get lucky
