Is it safe to put detergents that contain lanolin in a frontloader? I'm looking for something without enzymes to wash down jackets and I have a bottle of Eucalan that I use for handwashing wool. It just seems to me that putting what is essentially a wax into a washing machine might not be good for it. Eucalan does have instructions for machine washing but their kind of weird and contradictory. Also is the main ingredient in Eucalan a detergent or a soap? I'm also hesitant to put soup in a washing machine. The ingredient in question is "Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate"
