The soffit panel fell off right before I bought the house, it looks like all the wood in the eave is rotted.

I can replace the Blocking and Ledger that hold up the soffit panel pretty easily, how do I deal with the rotted rafter tail though?

i've attache some pics ( there is some mesh and foam that the pest control guy added to the siding, it had some holes in it, probably due to pests crawling in while the soffit panel was off.
