Sink drain options - help needed!

We have a very narrow base cabinet in our laundry room which currently holds a 16x20 sink. Because the cabinet is only 19" deep, the faucet is mounted on the right-hand side, rather than the back.

The room is being renovated. The only sink option is Fairmont Designs 24x16 Fireclay Apron Bathroom Sink. This will allow us to center the faucet behind the sink. However, we do not want a pop-up drain. This sink will be used as a utility sink, and we would prefer a basket strainer similar to the BRIZO Rook Basket Strainer.

The drain opening on the Fairmont Designs sink is 1.75-inches. I am unable to find a basket strainer in that dimension. Most are only 1.5-inches.

QUESTION: Does anyone know of a resource/company that makes a 1.75" basket strainer? We would like a finish of something other than chrome.
