Are others also having this problem with this model? Maybe it is time for them to give you a replacement. Have you escalated your complaint? People seem to have success getting the attention of customer service by posting issues to FB, Instagram and twitter.

Update for those struggling f with this problem. there is. Problem with the machine pre wash program. Update for the programs will be summer 2022. Miele was slow in conveying this problem to their techs.
