Hi folks:

One year ago we built a fence. The post was embedded into the retaining wall. But after 1 year one post is titled. We prefer not to touch the underlying retaining wall, as it may trigger another painful city permitting process. Is there any good way to just fix the post on the top (along with attached wood panel)?

The titled post is 7 ft high. We are in Seattle area. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
