I don't know where your designated eating area is located. If you move the kitchen to the study and remove the wall, you will have a natural location for a dining table. I personally don't care for a kitchen upfront as we use the backyard all summer long for evening meals.

@Sharon Fullen's comment is just what my comment would have been.

I like the idea of moving the kitchen and making the sunroom the dining area, but first consider available wall space for cabinets, whether you want an island or peninsula, range vs cooktop/wall oven, ability/cost to change windows and/or doors.

I honestly do not know what you will gain by the huge expense of moving the kitchen Is that a staircase in the plan of the foyer you really to name every item and space you show. Is that bedroom necessary? I think you need to share what your budget is I need more info .

@Patricia Colwell Consulting Money is not an issue. I updated the photo. I need the 1st floor bedroom since I have a newborn. The kitchen is outdated and will be redone.
