Yes. Just go to the big box store and buy a style for each type of fixture and test it to make sure that is what you want. You can experiment with lumens, color temp, frosted/clear, directional, etc based on your lighting layouts and needs. Returns are easy and then you can bulk purchase when happy.

I am a fan of the Cree LED retrofit recessed ceiling lights at Home Depot (and elsewhere). They are a little pricier, but so easy to install. They screw in like a light bulb, but have the "retrofit" housing. I have never needed to replace one, even considering the old ones were probably 8-10 y.o.

Cree have a 91+ (as I recall) CRI rating, which means the light is clearer than others. These are, imo, excellent quality lights. I like 4000K, as we recently put all new in our house to replace the more yellow-y 2700K. But I think HD has them in 3000K as well. They aren't on the HD website for some reason, but they have plenty in the stores around me (SoCal).
