I would not do tile on the walls. What does your vanity look like?

I wouldnt do wall tiles. The floor is pretty but demanding. I would keep walls neutral.

I wood choose a warm, rich, greige paint. I cant recall the exact term for the amount of pigment but it would not be an almost white shade. a powder room should not require tile on the walls. so paint, a mirror, and art.

The tile is a knock-out and I think it needs more texture on the walls than just a one dimensional paint finish. Look for grasscloth or faux grasscloth.

paint solid color / pick the 2nd lightest or lightest color from tile for the walls and then some plants / art on the walls.. That tile is awesome and has so much dimension to it you do not want anything to compete with it. What type / color vanity? Mirror? Lighting?

Powder rooms do well with a dash of drama. Paint the walls to match the darkest color in the tile. Then bling it up with brass and lighted art.
