Looks more like a Radish or Mustard, there are many plants in that family. Definitely not any sort of Lettuce.

Certainly a Brassica but not Arugula, IMO. The leaves are too rough and too large, even for wild Arugula. More likely a Mustard or a Radish.

Not lettuce or weed, but those 2 little seedlings in the red pot look like weed ;-)

If it’s just a random seedling it might never be ’ready’ inasmuch as the quality will make it not worth eating. If it’s a radish or turnip you should be able to see the root. If it’s a mustard, whether cultivated or a wild species, a nibble will tell you if it’s palatable. But it looks tough and bristly to me.

When you say you planted ’lettuce’ was it actually lettuce? Or a mesclun mix? The latter could contain mustards.

No its not just a random seedling. as i stated i had a growing kit ( the ones that come with soild u have to soak. ) i planted chives , iceberg lettuce , carrots , radiah , bell peppers onions wtc ) amd yes they came in thoese seed bags you get from dollar tree. i planted this seed imside a dirt fhing itll sjow uu

Just guessing from your photo, but I would say turnip from the leaf and stems. Could be radish but they don't normally have the elongated stems. Both have hairy leaves, but turnip more so.
