My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Preserving zucchini noodles / spiralized zucchini?

What's the best way to do this? Blanch and freeze? Will they break up in the bag if I try to squish the air out?
I'm new to the whole spiralizing thing, and would like to learn from you folks' past experiments! I have a LOT of zucchini this year.
