I look at appliances more like furniture: they don't need to match; they just need to work together. We don't even have to match cabinetry these days; a little contrast adds interest.

I’ve never seen the textured steel so I went to look it up. It looks to be a darker matte look stainless, whereas stainless is shinier and brighter. I would go in person but based on what I’m seeing online it looks very off.

if they're far apart in the kitchen and also are similar enough color wise, I think it would be fine. you'll definitely want to see both IRL, the different textures will make them reflect light differently, which might change how bright or dark they appear.
