Why isn’t the space the same? What isn’t level? The cabinets or the tile? Whichever one it is needs to be redone.

A larger grout spacing would have prevented the gap. But unless the tile is the one that isnt level, you probably don’t want to redo. If you have a light rail, trim that out with a scribe molding and forget about the gap. If you don’t have light rail, get it and use it.

The cabinets aren’t. There are two walls they are on, on one the cabinet is 46.7 cm higher than countertop and the other is 47.8 cm. I hadn’t checked until now. First time doing this and it looks nice but wish I had spent some time thinking about ending. I could have increased the space between tiles

What does it look like further back?

You can always use a piece of small coved molding over it if it's terribly obvious, painted or stained like cabinets or tile, depending on how it looks. (In most kitchen situations, only little kids will see back there anyway. :P)

It looks really good further back and lower. I can’t see it unless I’m cleaning the floor on hands and knees

It's pretty tile.

If only you can see it when you are on your hands and knees, chances are no guests are going to see it. After you've grouted, use caulk at the edges, top and bottom and corners etc. Get the caulk to match the grout colour you've chosen (tile stores sell the matching caulk and it is so worth it). A clean finish will look nicer than trying to put in little slivers of tile to cover.

Congratulations on your DIY. If it really bothers you, get some trim pieces and paint to match the cabinet colour so it blends in well. Otherwise leave it alone and when you're cleaning the floor on your hands and knees, keep your eyes on the floor!
