My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the door and sidelight -- struggling to find custom door locally --- share door manufacturer or distributor or other ideas for custom door?

    Contact us at Deco Design Center at info@decodesigncenter.com or http://www.decodesigncenter.com We are a custom door manufacture and are presently manufacturing 3 doors units just like this for other clients in solid mahogany wood (no veneers) with brushed stainless steel with pivot hinges or soss hinges available as well in any size up to 11' ft in heights and ship anywhere in the world.

      this door is custom designed and built in our shop, we did not order it from a door company. You can try contemporist.com for similar product...hope this helps!

      we are a custom door manufacturer, any kind of design or wood; right now i have a project like this; question: somebody can help me to find just the hardware (pivot hinge) i have some supplier and i try to find the correct one. Thanks

      If you haven't found a solution, you might look into the FritsJurgens pivot door hinge. New in the States, from the Netherlands.

      All the pivot and closer technology is mortised in the door. Nothing in the ceiling and nothing in the floor. And they hold up to 1,100lbs. Suitable for interior and exterior doors. Very tall and very wide doors are not a problem. Also great when you are dealing with radiant floor heating and want that closer function.
