Debra: did you try clicking on the pic? Still too small? I tried to magnify more but resolution got distorted.

It did magnify them a bit but I thought not enough. I am not an expert so I am glad someone could help.

They look like chinch bugs.

I would agree with Chinch (note spelling) Bugs, the wing pattern is right, they are a genus of true bugs and are a pest of lawns.

Kinda hard to see in the pictures, but the lighter colored rear, which is overlapping wings, is a hallmark of chinch bugs. Major pest of grass and grain crops. There are "false chinch bugs" that are less damaging, but look similar. Might want to ask at your local extension service.

Thanks all. When my nephew ran it through google Lens, fake chinch bug comes up. Any organic treatments that might be suitable for the cannabis?
