Bedding, pillows etc where from?

I'd like to recreate this bed/bedding combo in our home. Can you tell me where you purchased your pillows, comforter, etc. I didn't see them in the links. Thanks!

Thank you! I know this was from awhile back, so I'm sure it will be hard to find most of it but what about the bench at end of bed. Any recomendations? I'm in SC so may not have same stores but am fine ordering online if needed. I've searched and can't find one I like. Thanks so much for your response!
